1) Overview

We respect your time and our team’s preparation. Because each session is planned, scouted, and pre-styled in advance, the policy below balances flexibility for you with protection for the time and costs invested by our photographers.

  • One free reschedule with 24-hour notice.
  • Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before the session.
  • Non-refundable within 24 hours or in case of no-show.

2) Booking & Deposit

Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Package or promotional pricing is honored for confirmed bookings even if our public rates change later.

3) Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before the scheduled time → Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session → Non-refundable.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

4) Rescheduling

  • One complimentary reschedule with 24-hour notice.
  • Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee.
  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original date unless otherwise agreed.

5) Weather & Location Conditions

Outdoor shoots are weather-dependent. For unsafe or unsuitable weather (heavy rain, high winds, extreme temperatures), we’ll offer a complimentary reschedule. If our team cancels for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future session.

6) Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive on time; delays may shorten your session to preserve light and location permits.
  • No-show without prior notice → no refund or credit.

7) Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banks or card issuers may require additional posting time.

If HORSELANDIA LLC cancels a confirmed session due to photographer unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you may select either a full refund or a future credit.

8) Gift Certificates & Packages

  • Gift certificates and multi-session packages are non-refundable.
  • They are transferable to another person (name required prior to the session).
  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period at purchase.

9) Digital Files, Edits & Licensing

  • Standard delivery includes professionally edited images according to your package.
  • Additional retouching requests may be billed separately.
  • Clients receive a personal-use license (printing & sharing). Commercial use requires written permission.

10) Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit for documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations. Supporting documentation may be requested.

What happens if the weather looks iffy?

We’ll monitor the forecast together and decide 12–24 hours prior. Unsafe or poor conditions = free reschedule.

Can I move my session more than once?

Yes, though additional reschedules after the first complimentary change may incur an administrative fee.

Do I own the photos?

You receive a personal-use license. Commercial usage (ads, product packaging, etc.) requires a separate license.
